We carefully inspect and securely pack every Calista Jade order before shipment.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Processing may take longer during promotions, festive periods or periods of high order volume.
Malaysia Delivery
Estimated delivery times are:
- West Malaysia: 1–3 business days
- East Malaysia: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, destination, weather, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.
International Delivery
International shipping is available to selected destinations.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier and customs clearance.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been shipped.
Please allow some time for the courier's tracking system to update after collection.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel needs to be resent due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or failure to collect the parcel.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the parcel and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
